Dear Esteemed members of Vietnam Mini Bottles Collectors Club (MBCCVN) !
Our club is about to celebrate its 12th birthday , coming with many memorable memories. Let’s welcome this important event and arrange a reunion together to share not only our passion but also connecting friendships with collectors all over the world.
INFORMATION & EVENTS:
Time: 2 days July 19-20, 2024
Location: Da Nang coastal city – Vietnam
Topic: Connecting passion (Slogan) with the desire to connect members more and more closely
Commemorative bottle : MBCCVN will release 12th anniversary minibottles and medals to mark this important event.
TENTATIVE PROGRAM :
* Day 1: Friday, July 19, 2024:
– Morning: members visit the sights in Da Nang (in groups or on their own, (foreign collectors or new members, if needed, will have someone pick them up and give specific instructions)
– Afternoon: Visit some members’ collections in Da Nang
– Evening: 6:00 p.m. Attend the Warmup party organized by MBCCVN (sharing expense)
* Day 2: Saturday, July 20, 2024:
– Morning & afternoon: Free time : Coffee, visiting the collections, shop for souvenirs.
– 16:30: Welcome guests at Phi Lu Crystal lobby restaurant, visit mini bottles booths
– 18:00: Gala opening announcement, auction organization, entertainment program…
– 21:00: end of the party, members have free entertainment.
REGISTRATION:
Estimate party participate : 50 USD/ member.
